Before we can take you to the registration page, please read the following terms and conditions.

Upon submission of my film to the Edutain Micro Film Festival (EMFF), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I have read, understood, and will fully comply with all submission eligibility criteria, submission guidelines, terms and conditions of entry.

2. The film I have submitted is an original work. I did not plagiarize, copy or steal this video and it is not a subject of any litigation or lawsuits.

3. I am the film's rightful owner and I control 100% of the rights to the film.

4. I understand that multiple entries are allowed and each may be entered in multiple categories. Each additional judging category is an additional fee.

5. I am duly authorized to submit this film to the festival.

6. I understand that all Decisions by judges, programmers and organizers will be final and NO REFUND of my entry fee will be permitted.

7. I understand that if I Win and do not attend the EMFF Awards in person, the trophy can be shipped by the courier of my own choice and at my own expenses and the EMFF is not responsible for any shipping delays (insurances, tracking number or express shipping are at my own discretion).

8. I understand that the EMFF only accepts downloadable digital version for screening.

9. I understand that all film submissions in a language other than English must be subtitled.

10. I hold Edutain, ChinesePod, the 48 Hour Film Festival, and any other sponsors harmless from any damage to the print(s) or media materials(s) en route or otherwise during the course of the festival’s possession of the project.

11. I hold the Edutain Micro Film Festival, its owners, management, juries, subsidiaries, agents, sponsors, affiliates, and etc. harmless from any and all claims of liability resulting from my entry.

12. I certify that I have full rights to the use of the music in the entered work.

13. By submitting your entry to us, you grant license to Bigfoot Entertainment Inc. d/b/a The Edutain Film Festival to present, utilize and monetize all aspects and exploit all intellectual property your entry is comprised of, including, but not limited to, the video, audio, story, visual effects, sound effects, your likeness and the likeness of all and any contributors, for the purpose of promoting the Edutain Film Festival (the “Festival”) with all affiliated and connected events, presented on media such as print, broadcast video, and any material exhibiting the Festival or affiliated with the Festival, in any manner.

14. I understand that the rules & criteria of submissions can be subject to change without notice.
